ITS FRIDAY!!!! DECIDED TO DO THIS BLOG BASED ON MY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE UPDATE!!!!
Before I get into details on how I've lost weight I want to say that you all CAN do this! But know first off that this is going to be hard, you are going to want to give up at some point, and this isn’t fun- BUT, if you want to live a long and healthy life, all this work is worth it!
I still do have a good 30 pounds to lose, so this is a journey- one that I hope we’ll take together ... It’s been 3 months now just to lose the weight I feel so much healthier and much better

Hey guys so today I went to visit my health weight Dr, and usually its the same routine how I'm feeling and blood pressure check,questions on eating habits and ect... Then it gets to the most nerving moment HOW MUCH WEIGHT HAVE I LOST ??? WELL THE VERDICT IS???,,,, 10 LBS !!!! OMG REALLY I have been working by butt off to lose those lbs and I am super happy,
So whats next? well I am still continuing on losing and being healthy . Hope you guys enjoy this Blog entry. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW I AM LOSING WEIGHT VISIT ONE OF MY RECENT BLOGS!!! STAY HEALTHY AND FIT!
